The Blakely Hotel

Originally constructed in 1929 as a residential apartment building once called The Gorham, The Blakely Hotel reopened the space in 2004 with approximately 120 hotel rooms. The newer hotel featured an Art Deco Design styled by the architectural firm Buchman & Kahn, meant to evoke the City’s Golden Age. Now under renovation, The Blakely Hotel sits empty, awaiting a new beginning.
