The Playboy Resort
Hidden into woods of Vernon, New Jersey, the Playboy Resort had been closed since about 2018. Built in 1971, the resort has been practically untouched and become a time capsule of the era. With only partial power turned on, and water damage all throughout the building, the space is very quiet, except for the quiet humming of the electrical transformer in the basement and the tapping of water droplets as they bounce off the floor in soft echos.
